Die Wohnungen und Zimmer sind möbliert, in der Miete ist ein Pauschalbetrag für Strom enthalten. Wasser und Heizung sind inclusiv. Jede Wohnung/Zimmer hat Zugang zu einem permanenten Internetzugang. Das Studentenwohnheim befindet sich in der Nähe der Universität.
